Summary: The hotel was nice but the hot tub was cold and when I said something they said they keep it cold in the summer and the steam room and sauna didnt work. The pool was warmer then the hot tub

Summary: The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. But room and interiors do feel dated and was somewhat smelly. The furniture in the room showed visible sign of wear and tear. I also wish the sauna and pool level had its own elevator. As it's the same elevator that comes up through the lobby as well as the ones that are used by custodians, it can get a bit awkward. I also wish the restaurant and bar would be open till lateras there aren't any late night food options around, especially after coming back from a show in Manhattan.

Summary: our flight was cancelled, and we finally arrived 10 hours after we planned to check in. our exact room was not available at that time, but they gave us a nice room. and very quickly after, rectified the reservation wtih the correct room. the beds and pillows were very comfortable!!

Summary: I enjoyed my stay. My room was a good size w/ a king size bed. The bed was super comfortable. The furniture was dated and had minor scratches and stuff marks. But this was not a deal breaker. I've made reservations to stay here again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family

Summary: It was okay however there was a lot of mis information regarding the breakfast and the valet services. My room smelled as if an animal was there which was a huge downer. We were close to all the stores and decent food.

Summary: Good location brought me back to this hotel. However, not any better experience this time. The hotel needs maintenance and hopefully gets the repairs soon.
